We collect information you provide (profile, wellness intake, logs), information collected automatically (device/usage data), and information from third parties you connect (wearables, payment processors).

We use your data for service delivery, adaptive planning, coaching, analytics, personalization, marketing (with consent), security, and legal compliance.
5) Cookies & similar tech
We use essential, performance, functional, personalization, and marketing cookies. Manage choices in Consent & Preferences. We honor GPC.
6) AI & automated decisions
We use models to recommend workouts and adjust macros. We do not train third-party models on your identifiable data. You have rights regarding these decisions.
7) Sharing & disclosures
We share data with processors, partners at your direction, and for legal reasons. We do not sell data for money.

We may process data outside your country using appropriate safeguards like Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

We retain data as long as needed and typically delete account data within 90 days of account deletion.
