MacroAlign Partner Program

Affiliate Program Terms

Effective July 17, 2026. These terms supplement the MacroAlign Terms of Service and apply to every affiliate applicant and approved partner.

1. Eligibility and approval

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Applications are reviewed manually. Applying does not guarantee approval, and dashboard access begins only after MacroAlign approves your application.

You must provide accurate account, audience, tax, and payout information and keep it current. One person or business may not operate duplicate accounts to avoid program controls.

2. Promotion and disclosure rules

You may promote MacroAlign through truthful social content, websites, newsletters, communities, and coaching channels that you own or are authorized to use.

Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship near each endorsement or link using plain language such as “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.” Disclosures must comply with FTC guidance and any law that applies to your audience.

Do not make medical, income, weight-loss, or performance guarantees; impersonate MacroAlign; use misleading claims; send spam; use unlawful or infringing content; bid on MacroAlign trademarks in paid search; place links through malware, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, or hidden frames; or offer unauthorized rebates or incentives.

3. Referral attribution

Eligible affiliate links use a 90-day first-party browser attribution window. The referral must use a valid, active affiliate link or code and complete an eligible purchase while the attribution remains valid.

Attribution can be lost when browser storage is cleared, another device or browser is used, the link is altered, tracking is blocked, or the customer was already attributed to another partner. MacroAlign records are the controlling record for attribution.

Self-referrals, referrals between accounts controlled by the same person or household for the purpose of earning commission, duplicate accounts, fraudulent transactions, and test purchases are not eligible.

4. Eligible commissions

Your approved rate appears in your affiliate dashboard. Eligible commissions are calculated on qualifying membership revenue actually collected by MacroAlign, excluding taxes, credits, discounts not included in the collected amount, refunds, reversals, disputes, chargebacks, and fraudulent payments.

Recurring commission may be earned on eligible renewal payments while the referred customer remains an active paying member and your affiliate account remains in good standing. Free accounts and unpaid trials do not generate commission.

Commissions remain pending until the underlying payment is confirmed and may be reversed or offset when a payment is refunded, disputed, charged back, duplicated, or otherwise found ineligible.

5. Payouts and taxes

You may request a payout after your available eligible balance reaches USD $50 and you have completed the required payout setup. Available methods may include Stripe Connect, PayPal, or a manually reviewed bank payout, depending on your location and account setup.

Processing times vary by method, provider review, weekends, holidays, verification, and compliance checks. You are responsible for fees charged by your payout provider and for reporting and paying your taxes. MacroAlign may require tax forms or identity verification before releasing funds.

6. Brand and content license

While approved, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the affiliate resources and approved MacroAlign brand assets solely to promote MacroAlign under these terms. Do not alter logos in a misleading way, register confusing domains or social handles, or imply that you are an employee, agent, or official spokesperson.

MacroAlign may require correction or removal of promotional content that is inaccurate, outdated, unlawful, or harmful to customers or the brand.

7. Monitoring, suspension, and termination

MacroAlign may review traffic, promotional methods, referrals, and payment activity to protect customers and program integrity. We may suspend tracking or payouts while investigating suspected fraud, policy violations, disputes, or security concerns.

Either party may end participation at any time. MacroAlign may reject or terminate an account, deactivate links, reverse ineligible commissions, or withhold amounts reasonably connected to fraud, chargebacks, unlawful conduct, or a material violation of these terms. Eligible undisputed commissions accrued before termination remain subject to the payout threshold and verification requirements.

8. Relationship and changes

You participate as an independent contractor. These terms do not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or authority to bind MacroAlign. You are responsible for your promotion costs and conduct.

MacroAlign may change program rates, eligibility rules, tracking methods, or these terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued participation after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
